By initializing, accessing, or deploying any node within the Forneus Technologies ecosystem (including KAIROS, GARM, and PHANES protocols), you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the following absolute limitations of liability.

Non-Custodial & No Financial Advice
Forneus Technologies operates strictly as a Deep-Tech software and algorithmic infrastructure provider. We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. All predictive models, neural outputs, and automated executions are provided strictly for technological deployment. We do not hold, manage, or custody user assets. You assume 100% responsibility for all financial outcomes executed through your connected terminals.
Absolute Waiver of Liability
High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and Autonomous AI modeling carry extreme financial risk. You acknowledge that our neural networks operate autonomously based on probabilistic mathematics. The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of profitability, latency guarantees, or prediction accuracy. Forneus Technologies holds zero liability for partial or total capital loss resulting from algorithmic behavior, API latency, market volatility, "flash crashes", or software anomalies.
Broker & Integration Immunity
While our infrastructure incorporates advanced masking protocols (Stealth Execution), third-party brokers, exchanges, and Proprietary Trading Firms (Prop Firms) enforce independent Terms of Service. Forneus Technologies assumes no liability if your account is flagged, suspended, or terminated by any third party for the utilization of HFT software, algorithmic copy-trading, or latency arbitrage. Compliance with external platform rules remains your sole responsibility.
Data License for RAG / CV Pipeline
By utilizing the Computer Vision or RAG pipelines to analyze proprietary charts, documents, or trading strategies, you grant Forneus Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to vectorize, process, and utilize anonymized metadata from these inputs to train, fine-tune, and enhance our global algorithmic models.
Dispute Resolution in Geneva, Switzerland
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your deployment of our infrastructure shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration located in Geneva, Switzerland. By consenting to this protocol, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought strictly in the user’s individual capacity.
